Please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully before using the service available at the stories.cflash.app subdomain (the "Service"). By accessing and browsing the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

stories.cflash.app is a public, read-only publishing surface that displays summary stories ("stories") covering crypto, AI, tech, macroeconomics, investment, and other related topics, generated by artificial intelligence and published under human supervision. The stories are based on publicly available RSS news sources.

Using the Service does not require registration, an account, or any payment. The content is available free of charge, subject to the Provider's right to modify, restrict, or discontinue the Service, its features, or its content at any time.

Stories are produced by artificial intelligence under human supervision. Due to the nature of AI processing, content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, outdated data, or misinterpretations. The Provider expressly disclaims liability for:

• The accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of the stories
• The credibility of referenced sources or the truthfulness of their content
• Any decisions or damages resulting from the interpretation or use of the content

Before making important decisions, always consult the original sources, which are linked at the end of every story.

5. Intellectual Property

stories.cflash.app and all of its components — including the design, source code, logos, trademarks, and the text of AI-generated stories — are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The cFlash name and logo are protected trademarks.

Referenced news items and sources are subject to their own copyright; the Service does not affect the rights of their original owners.

Personal, non-commercial reading of the Service's content is permitted. Copying, distribution, modification, creation of derivative works, or commercial use of the content without the Provider's prior written consent is prohibited.

6. Prohibited Activities

When using the Service, you agree to refrain from the following:

• Using automated queries, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to mass-download content without the Provider's express written consent
• Overloading the Service or its infrastructure, or compromising its security
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or manipulating the Service
• Using the Service for illegal purposes or in ways that infringe third-party rights
• Distributing malicious code, viruses, or other harmful software
• Deliberately circumventing rate limits or other technical protections

7. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider excludes liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to:

• Investment or financial losses
• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Data loss or data corruption
• Damages arising from unavailability of the Service

The Provider is not liable for service interruptions, delays, or performance obstacles resulting from force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemics, internet outages, cyber-attacks, government measures, power outages, etc.).

8. Modification and Termination of the Service

The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify, expand, restrict, or discontinue the Service's features, content, appearance, and operation without prior notice. The Provider does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Service and may temporarily suspend it for maintenance, development, or other reasons.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any legal relationship arising from them are governed by Hungarian law. The parties agree to settle any disputes primarily through good-faith negotiation. If amicable resolution fails, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian court at the Provider's registered seat. For consumer disputes, you have the right to contact the competent conciliation board at your place of residence.

10. Changes and Contact

The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms. Amended Terms take effect on the date of publication (see the effective date at the top of this page). Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
