AllUnity multicurrency MiCA-compliant stablecoin platform

AllUnity has launched USDAU, a US dollar–pegged stablecoin, expanding its MiCA-regulated fiat-backed token suite to include four currencies: euro (EURAU), Swiss franc (CHFAU), Swedish krona (SEKAU) and now the US dollar. USDAU is issued as an e-money token under the EU’s Markets in Crypto-Assets framework, backed by segregated US dollar reserves and redeemable 1:1. At launch the token is available across Ethereum, Solana, Base, Tempo, Arc and Polygon. Issuance and redemptions are handled through AllUnity’s BaFin-licensed electronic money institution, and institutional clients that complete onboarding can mint and redeem via the Business Mint Account without fees.

The release is paired with Instant FX inside the Business Mint Account, enabling businesses to mint multiple supported currencies and move value between them within a single account to support cross-border payments, treasury management and settlement. Banking Circle will provide reserve and transaction banking services for USDAU, Flowdesk is designated as the liquidity provider, Archax as a direct mint/redemption partner, and Hercle will manage off-ramp and FX conversion. Other supporting partners include BitGo, Bitcoin Suisse, RULEMATCH and Galaxy, linking issuance, custody, trading and payout infrastructure.

AllUnity presents USDAU as part of a multicurrency, multichain platform designed to bring 24/7 near-instant settlement and FX conversion into a regulated institutional setting. The company, formed with involvement from DWS, Flow Traders and Galaxy Digital and operating as a BaFin-regulated e-money institution, positions the new dollar token as an expansion into a globally significant settlement currency while noting the broader policy debate in Europe over dollar stablecoin dominance and potential implications for the euro.
