Securitize has launched 1:1-backed tokenized U.S. stocks on Solana, offering eligible U.S. and EU investors security entitlements tied to underlying shares of Apple, Nvidia, Microsoft, Tesla and Amazon. Each token represents a security entitlement under UCC Article 8, carries applicable economic and ownership-related rights including dividends and voting where the underlying share provides them, and settles in USDC via Securitize’s registered broker-dealer platform.
Trading begins on Solana during extended hours with plans to move toward 24/7 availability. Jump Trading will provide market-making and liquidity through Securitize’s Solana PropAMM, while firms such as Ripple Prime and Aave are exploring institutional trading, lending and collateral use cases. Securitize also plans expansion to the upcoming NYSE digital trading venue and the OKXICE Tokenized Securities Venue, subject to regulatory and operational requirements.
